My previous research has focused on labour economics and the economics of education, with a special emphasis on the school-to-work transition phase. In particular, I studied the macro-level determinants of employment quality among young employees, as well as the moderating effects of transition system characteristics on the employment-well-being relationship. Additionally, I served as the head of the team that designed and implemented the alumni survey at Poznan University of Economics and Business. My research in the field of economics of charity explored the motivations of volunteers, as well as the labour market return to experiences gained from volunteering.
